Refund Policy

  • RETURNS

    Many of our collections use Natural Dyes and are hand-block printed by master craftsmen on hand-woven fabrics.   While these handtechniques render a unique character, timeless feel and comfort to the garment, weaving irregularities and print and color mismatches are sometimes unavoidable and to be expected and accepted.

    In case, your package arrives in a tampered or damaged condition please do not accept it and return it without opening to the delivery person and kindly report the problem to us at returns@urbania.in or our customer care number: +91 XXXXX YYYYY.   A fresh new piece will be sent back to you at no additional cost.

    If the garment that you receive has a defect or even if you do not like the fit or styling, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving it (please return with all tags and accompaniments).   Please send us a return notification by filling an on-line form on this website and we will immediately send you a confirmation code - please use this code on the return form and send it to us by a courier appointed by us on this website.   Please note that cost of sending it back to us will have to be borne by you if you decide to send it through a courier other than those authorized by us.   Kindly note that we will not be liable for any damages, theft, or unusual activity of any sort when you use a courier of your choice.

    Upon receipt of the garment, and upon being found to be in a satisfactory condition, we will issue a return confirmation and a refund through your mode of payment within 7 days of the return confirmation.   If the garment is found to have been returned with damage of any kind it will be sent back to you at your cost and no refund will be applicable.   We will not be able to accept returns of garments with any kind of stains or those that have been washed or dry-cleaned after sale from our end.

    Please note, that we can accept returns of garments bought directly from us and not through any of our reseller stores.   We cannot accept third party returns - the returns must be made by the purchaser only.



  • CUSTOM MADE ORDERS

    We shall not be able to accept returns of any custom made garment.   In case you are not satisfied with the garment that you receive ‒ you can send it back for alterations by choosing 'Alteration' on the on-line return form.



  • RETURNS FROM BEYOND INDIA'S BORDERS

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges or alteration requests from beyond the borders of India.



  • REPAIRS

    We understand that you will take utmost care of you possession, however, if you need repairs by our expert tailors/crafts people - we shall be happy to provide this service at extra cost.



  • EXCHANGES

    If you change your mind and need your order in a different size or colour, we shall be happy to exchange it for you within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

    When filling out the on-line return form, kindly choose 'Exchange' as the option and note your desired size, style, colour that you would like in your replacement.   We will then make sure your preferred item, in particular, is held for you by the time we receive your return.   As soon as we have your returned item, we will ship your replaced item to your address.   To keep you updated, you will also receive a confirmation email to let you know that your shipping has been confirmed.   Although you can change the size and colour of an item only once, if you wish, you can return the item using the simple steps mentioned in our Return Policy.



  • ORDER CANCELLATION

    We can accept cancellation of orders for non-custom tailored garments before the garment is shipped.   The cancellation will not be accepted if the order has been processed and the garment(s) has been shipped from our premises.   To Cancel - please fill the on-line form and choose URGENT CANCEL.
